Your ticket is good for BOTH shows. There is a 15-20 minute intermission between shows. The Black Box Cafe, located on the first floor of the Ritz is open an hour before curtain and during intermission.

The Box Office table in the lobby of the Ritz opens an hour before curtain.
The house opens 30 minutes before curtain.

There is a chairlift in the lobby of the Ritz which will allow for access to the handicapped seating area in the theater. Please note that there are a considerable amount of stairs from the lobby to seating in the theater.
