The Space

As you enter the lobby and ascend the grand staircase, noticing the crystal chandeliers and brass railings with art deco touches, you immediately step into a world where style and impeccable service takes center stage!

Audio/Visual Services: We offer a variety of sound and lighting options to accent your event. Extensive in-house inventory including digital sound, high-definition projection equipment, modern robotic lighting along with computerized light and sound control. In the event additional equipment is desired apart from the house offerings, we will gladly work with you and one of our preferred Audio/Visual vendors to meet your needs.
Chair Lift for Theater Accessibility is available from the lobby of the Ritz building to front of stage- ROWS A, B & C of the theater. The Poli Lounge is currently not wheelchair accessible.

OUR PROCESS
We have dramatically increased and upgraded our cleaning process to include:
- Regular carpet cleaning
- Multiple daily cleanings of high traffic areas
- High efficiency air cleaning through our new HVAC system
- Utilization of UVC light sanitizers
- Newly installed 8 hand sanitizer stations throughout the building
Masks will be required when entering and exiting the building, and any time guests are not in their private box.
Your safety and comfort are important to us. We take these measures, and more, so you can Enjoy The Show!
WHAT TO EXPECT
The renovated Ritz accommodates 425 seats and we have reduced that to 200 seats.
Our many aisles and stairways enable us to provide successful social distancing.
We have dramatically expanded our restaurant (The Black Box Cafe) and are offering full dinner service.
Theater space is now divided into private boxes to accommodate small groups of 2 to 10 guests.
This configuration, along with our staggered reserved row seating, will offer extremely limited contact with other guests.
Each private box has both tables and chairs to accommodate dining. The theater will open 2-hours prior to curtain for audience seating to be staggered,
based on 4 assigned arrival windows. Those having dinner will be seated earlier than those just attending the show.
