Beth Scochin
Beth Scochin earned a bachelor’s degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from East Stroudsburg University. After graduating college, she worked at the Courtyard by Marriott as the Operations Manager, overseeing all aspects of the hotel and restaurant. She left that position so she could raise her three children Corey, Nicole, and Eric. Throughout that time Beth has held various positions at different restaurants and is also involved in the daily operation of Pop’s Driving Range, which she and her husband own. As a child, Beth was involved in acting, starring in a Frosted Mini Wheats commercial, and made appearances in movies like The Pickup Artist and She-Devil and in the TV series, The Equalizer. She joined The Ritz Theater team to manage The Black Box catering and now holds the position of Business Manager, overseeing the operations of the Theater.
